Dream Vacations National Conference on Star Princess Recap

We’re back from an unforgettable week at the 2025 Dream Vacations National Conference, and this year’s theme—THRIVE—couldn’t have been more fitting. Not only did we learn, grow, and connect, but we got to do it all while sailing on the brand-new Star Princess. Talk about an inspiring setting!

From the moment we stepped onboard, we could feel the excitement. The ship was buzzing with over 1,000 franchise owners and travel advisors, all eager to learn and connect. There’s something truly special about being surrounded by people who love travel as much as we do—it feels like coming home to family. And honestly, spending time with our WTH/Dream Vacations family was one of the biggest highlights of the entire week.

Throughout the conference, we had the chance to meet with 60+ amazing suppliers—from cruise lines and tour companies to resorts and specialty travel brands. Walking the supplier tradeshow felt like stepping into a world of possibilities. We loved hearing what’s new, what’s trending, and what hidden gems we can bring back to our clients.

The supplier tradeshow felt like stepping into a global marketplace, connecting face-to-face with partners who help bring our clients’ dream vacations to life. We explored new itineraries, discovered emerging destinations, and gained insider knowledge that we can now pass on to our travelers.

We also had access to 40+ workshops covering everything from marketing and technology to luxury travel, destination training, and business growth. Some sessions stretched us, some sparked new ideas, and some reminded us why we started this journey in the first place: to help people experience the world in meaningful, unforgettable ways.

But above all, the week felt inspiring. Energizing. Motivating.
There were so many moments where we just paused, looked around the ship, and thought, This is exactly where we’re meant to be.

We came home feeling refreshed, supported, and fired up for the year ahead—ready to THRIVE and ready to help our clients do the same through incredible travel experiences.
